某变电站采空区治理的优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 某变电站场地下伏3号煤层的采空,煤层埋深31.1~40.5 m,属浅层煤层采空。该煤层开采时间为1971—1980年,开采厚度4.0~6.0m,开采方式为不规则房柱式开采,一次采全高,采煤工艺为炮采。通过对采空进行定性、定量分析,得出该采空区目前处于基本稳定状态,但由于采深采厚比小,煤层埋深较浅,其产生"活化"的可能性大,一旦产生"活化"将严重威胁到变电站安全运行。采用桩基穿越法对采空区进行治理设计,目前桩基施工完成已大约1年,整个场地未发现地基下沉现象,证明采用桩基穿越法治理采空区取得了良好的效果。该工程的成功实践为同类型采空区治理工程提供了一种值得借鉴的模式,具有较高的应用推广价值。 The emptying of No.3 coal seam under a substation site with a depth of 31.1-40.5 mbelongs to the shallow coal seam mining.The duration of coal seam mining is in 1971—1980 with the mining thickness of 4.0-6.0 m.Irregular pillar mining,full-seam mining and blasting mining are adopted in respect to the method.Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of goaf,it is concluded that the mind-out area is in a basically steady state at present.However,it is highly likely to result in "activation"due to the small ratio of mining depth to mining thickness and the shallow depth of coal seam.Once"activation"occurs,it will seriously threaten the safe operation of substation.The pile foundation crossing method is applied to do the control design of the goaf.At present,about 1 year has passed since the construction of the pile foundation.The phenomenon of foundation sinking has not been found in the entire site,which proves that good results have been achieved through the pile-go-through method for the golf management.The successful practice of this project provides a model for the treatment of the same type of goaf,which has high application and promotion value.
