摘要
浮头式热交换器设计原理除管、壳间不存在约束外和固定管板式换热器相同,都按弹性基础圆平板理论设计,为此而应先假定管板厚度并按迭代法实施。对GB/T 151和JB 4732换热管加强系数K值中直径D的表述,对其a型结构的规定可以不假设管板厚度,直接由所规定管板计算厚度公式和系数C简单求得的根据等再次提出商榷。
The fundamental design principle of floating tubesheet heat exchanger is the same as that of fixed tube sheet heat exchanger except that there is no constraint acting on shell side and tube side. Thus the stresses in tubesheet and tubes should be calculated with assumed tubesheet thickness and based on elastic supported circular plate theory. In this article, some issues in GB/T 151 and JB 4732 were discussed and deliberated, including the expression of diameter D used for strengthening coefficient K and the method that the thickness of tubesheet is directly calculated by formula and with the factor C.
