摘要
对球形封头与圆筒连接过渡结构的边界效应和应力状况进行受力分析,采用有限元技术,对GB 150附录D中常用的两种过渡结构建模并进行应力计算,得出不同连接过渡结构应力状况,综合考虑制造加工等原因,提出适合工程应用的结论。结论表明:两种过渡结构总应力分布差别不大,选择结构二更合理。
In this article, the boundary effects and stress distribution in the transition connecting spherical head and cylindrical shell were analyzed. By using finite element method, for two transition structures in Appendix D in GB 150, the analytical models were built and the calculations were carried out. The stress distributions in two structures were different. Comprehensively account for the factors in fabrication, the conclusion which is applicable to engineering application was presented as there is a little difference in the stress distributions in two structures, but it is more appropriate to select No. 2 structure in engineering.
