一种可移动式天气雷达装载平台设计与分析

摘要 文中介绍了一种可移动式雷达装载平台的结构设计与分析。该装载平台上集成了电子方舱、天线转台举升机构等,取消了传统机动雷达的运输载车,采用普通货车作为运输转场平台,有效降低了雷达全寿命周期的使用维护成本。文中详细分析了该机构在不同风速工况下的受力情况和计算结果,并利用有限元分析软件对转台翻转机构结构件进行了力学分析与优化设计。对实物的实际测量和使用表明,该雷达的装载平台设计是成功的,完全满足雷达的使用要求。 The structure design and analysis for a loading platform of movable radar are introduced in this paper. The loading platform is integrated with the electronic cabinet,the lifting mechanism for antenna turntable,etc. The ordinary trucks,instead of the traditional transportation vehicle for mobile radar,are used as the transportation platform,which has effectively reduced the use maintenance cost in the whole life cycle. The force and calculation results of the mechanism at different wind speeds are analyzed in detail. Mechanical analysis and design optimization for the turntable mechanism are carried out by finite element analysis software. The actual measurement and application have proved that the loading platform is successfully designed and fully meets the requirements of the radar.
