摘要 文中介绍了某星载电子设备结构总体设计过程,针对卫星安装平台的特点和相关技术要求,具体阐述了总体结构设计、热设计、抗力学环境设计、电磁兼容性设计、抗空间辐射设计等设计方法和设计思路,从而了解星载电子设备结构设计与一般电子设备结构设计的区别,实现结构设计的"卫星化"。文中结合型号设计的工程经验,在轻量化结构构型、大功率现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)芯片散热、抗空间辐射设计措施等方面做了一定的研究,其设计方法和思路可供同行参考。 The structure system design of a spacecraft electronic equipment is introduced in this paper. According to the characteristics of satellite installation platform and related technical requirements,the design methods and ideas of overall structure design,thermal design,vibration prevention,EMC,TID prevention,and so on are described,and the difference between structural design of spaceborne electronic equipment and general electronic equipment structure design is understood,the " satelliterization" of structural design is realized.Combined with the engineering experience of model design,the lightweight structure configuration,the highpower FPGA chip cooling,and the anti-radiation reinforcement technology are studied. The design methods and ideas can be used for references.
