近日,杭州＂试水＂区块链,建立＂区块链＋物联网＂西湖龙井溯源示范基地,成为西湖龙井茶和科技结合,应对＂真假问题＂的又一举措。龙井市场上,真假莫辨、品质参差的乱象,一直困扰着生产者和消费者。而这个问题,也是刚上任不久的杭州市茶文化研究会会长何关新的一个＂心病＂。
He Guanxin, president of Hangzhou Research Institute for Tea Culture, has come up with a new viewpoint about cracking down on tea that fakes as West Lake Longjing Tea. The president proposes that the relation between the big issues and the small issues of the problem should be handled dialectically. In his opinion, aggressive measures should be taken to continue to expand market share for West Lake Longjing Tea while effective measures should be taken to achieve best protection and best market promotion for the brand.
