奥氮平联合丙戊酸钠治疗精神分裂症伴冲动行为的临床疗效及其对患者社会功能的影响

Efficacy of olanzapine combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of schizophrenia with impulsive behavior and the impact on social function of patients

目的探讨奥氮平联合丙戊酸钠治疗精神分裂症伴冲动行为的临床疗效及其对患者社会功能的影响。方法选取射阳县第三人民医院2016年5月—2017年6月收治的精神分裂症伴冲动行为患者70例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组患者采用奥氮平治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用丙戊酸钠治疗,两组患者均持续治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前后阴性症状评分量表-冲动性行为量表(PANSS-IBS)评分、阳性和阴性症状评分量表(PANSS)评分及社会功能量表(SFRS)评分。结果治疗前,两组患者PANSS-IBS评分、PANSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者PANSS-IBS评分、PANSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者SFRS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者SFRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥氮平联合丙戊酸钠治疗精神分裂症伴冲动行为的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者的冲动行为症状,促进其社会功能的恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of olanzapine combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of schizophrenia with impulsive behavior and the impact on social function of patients.Methods A total of 70 cases of schizophrenia with impulsive behavior patients were selected from May 2016 to June 2017 in Sheyang County Third People＇s Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with olanzapine,the observation group was given sodium valproate based on control group,both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The PANSSIBS,PANSS,SFRS scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,no significant differences of PANSS-IBS or PANSS scores was found between the two groups（P〉0.05）;after treatment,the PANSS-IBS,PANSS scores in observation group were lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,no significant difference of SFRS score was found between the two groups（P〉0.05）;after treatment,the SFRS score in observation group were lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of olanzapine and valproate have a significant clinical curative effect in the treatment of schizophrenia with impulsive behavior,which can improve impulsive behavior of patients,and promote the recovery of social function.
