土茯苓方联合抗生素治疗女性支(衣)原体感染的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Tufuling decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of mycoplasma(chlamydial)infection

目的探讨土茯苓方联合抗生素治疗女性支(衣)原体感染的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1—9月于宁都县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的支(衣)原体感染患者56例,根据随机抽样分组原则分为对照组和观察组,各28例。对照组患者单纯采用抗生素治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用土茯苓方治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、生活质量评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能、物质生活评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用土茯苓方联合抗生素治疗支(衣)原体感染的临床疗效确切,可有效提高患者的生活质量,且安全性好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tufuling decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of mycoplasma（chlamydial） infection.Methods A total of 56 cases of mycoplasma（chlamydial） infection patients were selected from January to September 2017 in Maternal and Child Health Planned Childbirth Service Center of Ningdu,which were divided into control group and observation group according to random sampling grouping principle,28 cases in each group.Patients in control group was treated with antibiotics alone,patients in observation group was treated with Tufuling decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,quality of life score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The physical health,mental health,social function and material life scores in observation group were higher than those in control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Tufuling decoction combined with antibiotics have an exactly clinical effect in the treatment of mycoplasma（chlamydial） infection,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,and with good safety.
