我院2014-2016年抗抑郁药应用情况分析

The application analysis of antidepressants in our hospital from 2014 to 2016

目的分析医院门诊抗抑郁药使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对医院2014-2016年门诊抗抑郁药的用药频率(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)等进行数据统计分析。结果医院现有抗抑郁药11个品种,在2014-2016年年总销售金额和年总DDDs均逐年提高。其中,选择性5-羟色胺重摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)、选择性5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素双重重摄取抑制剂(SNRIs)是医院抗抑郁治疗的主要药物,二者占抗抑郁药总销售金额的80%以上。结论医院门诊抗抑郁药的临床应用逐年增多,其中SSRIs和SNRIs两类新型抗抑郁药占据了抗抑郁病药销售金额和临床应用的主导地位。

Objective To analyze the application of antidepressants in our hospital,provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods To analyze the DDDs,DDC of antidepressants of hospital clinic from 2014 to 2016. Results There are 11 varieties of antidepressants available in the hospital. In the two years from 2014 to 2016,the total sales amount and total annual DDDs have been increasing year by year. Among them,selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs） and selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors(SNRIs） are the main drugs for antidepressant treatment in the hospital. SSRIs and SNRIs accounted for more than 80% of the total sales amount of antidepressants. Conclusion The clinical application of antidepressants in the outpatient clinics has increased year by year. Among them,SSRIs and SNRIs,occupy the leading position in the sales amount and clinical application of antidepressants.
