关节镜术后联合氨基葡萄糖治疗对膝骨性关节炎患者膝关节功能的影响

Effect of glucosamine combined with arthroscopy on knee function in patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的观察关节镜术后联合氨基葡萄糖治疗对膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者膝关节功能的影响。方法选择医院2016年5月-2017年4月收治的行关节镜清理术KOA患者96例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各48例。对照组术后给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上术后给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖。术后1个月,比较2组患者治疗前后膝关节疼痛程度(VAS评分)、膝关节功能恢复情况(HSS评分)及治疗后膝关节活动度。结果经治疗,2组膝关节VAS评分均明显下降,HSS评分均明显提高,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组膝关节活动度的优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜清理术后口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖可有效缓解KOA患者膝关节疼痛,有助于膝关节功能及活动度的恢复。

Objective To observe the effect of glucosamine combined with arthroscopic surgery on knee function in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA）. Methods 96 cases of KOA patients treated with arthroscopic debridement in hospital from May 2016 to April 2017 were selected for the study. 96 cases was randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given glucosamine sulfate on the basis of the control group. 1 month after operation,the knee pain degree(VAS score）,the recovery of knee joint function(HSS score） and the range of motion of knee joint in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment,the two groups of knee VAS scores were significantly decreased,HSS scores were significantly improved,and the change in the observation group was larger than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0. 05）. The good rate of knee joint activity in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Oral glucosamine sulfate after arthroscopic debridement can effectively relieve the pain of knee joint in KOA patients,which is helpful to the recovery of knee joint function and mobility.
