妇科炎症感染不同微生物检验方法的应用价值比较 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察不同微生物检验方法在妇科炎症中的应用效果。方法随机选择医院2016年3月-2017年3月诊治的妇科炎症患者150例为研究对象,回顾性分析所有患者的临床资料,根据检验方法不同将患者分为A、B、C 3组,每组50例。依次进行培养法、干化学酶法及镜检法检验。比较3组检验方法的病原菌阳性率和假菌丝、菌丝与菌孢子的数量。结果 3组病原菌检测阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组假菌丝、菌丝及菌孢子的检出率高于B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但B组、C组假菌丝、菌丝与菌孢子数量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在妇科炎症检查过程中应用培养法、干化学酶法及镜检法结果比较差异无统计学意义,但培养法对假菌丝、菌丝与菌孢子的检出效果优于干化学酶法和镜检法,可优先选用。 Objective To observe the application value of different microbiological test methods in the inspection of gynecological inflammation. Methods Selected 150 cases patients with gynecological inflammation in our hospital from march2016-march 2017. Retrospective analysis the clinical data of all patients. 150 cases patients were divided into A,B and C group according to the test method,each of 50 cases. 3 groups separately adopted culture method,dry chemical enzymatic method and microscopic examination. Compared the positive rate of pathogen detection,the amount of pseudohyphae,mycelium and spore of 3 kinds of inspection methods. Results The positive rate of pathogen detection in 3 groups was no statistic significantly(P〉0. 05). The detection rate of pseudomycelium,mycelium,spores of group A was higher than that of group B and group C,the difference was statistic significantly(P〈0. 05). The detection rate of pseudomycelium,mycelium,spores of group B and group C was no statistic significantly(P〉0. 05). Conclusion The application of culture,dry chemistry enzyme and microscope methods in the inspection of gynecological inflammation was no difference. Training method is superior to the enzymatic method of dry chemistry and mirror detection,worthy of application.
