维药买朱尼对种植体周围炎中龈下微生物的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究维药买朱尼对种植体周围炎中龈下微生物及牙周指数的影响,探讨此药治疗种植体周围炎的效果。方法:建立比格犬种植体周围炎动物模型,模型建立成功后,随机分为3组:实验组、对照组及抗生素组。实验组维药买朱尼灌胃,根据动物体质量换算出服药量,连续灌胃4周;对照组同等剂量的生理盐水灌胃;抗生素组抗生素(阿莫西林胶囊和甲硝唑片)灌胃。通过监测3组牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Pg)、福赛斯坦纳菌(Bf)、齿垢密螺旋体(Td)、中间普氏菌(Pi)、具核梭杆菌(Fn)、探诊深度(PD)、探诊出血(BOP)及种植体周围龈沟液(PISF)指数的变化,探究维药买朱尼治疗种植体周围炎的效果。结果:抗生素组和实验组用药后的PD、PISF、BOP指标及5种龈下微生物的检出率均低于炎症期,但仍高于正常水平(P<0.01),且与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。抗生素组Pg、Bf、Pi的检出率明显低于实验组(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义,其余指标无统计学意义。结论:维药买朱尼治疗软组织炎症效果较明显,其抑菌作用虽存在但相对不显著,因此需做进一步的抑菌实验。 Objective:To analyze the influnce of Maizhuni on subgingival microbes and periodontal index in the peri-implantitis,and to evaluate the effect of Maizhuni in periimplantitis.Methods:An animal model of peri-implantitis in Beagle dogs was established successfully and were randomly divided into three groups:treatment group,control group and antibiotic group.The treatment group was treated with Maizhuni by gavage,based on the conversion of the animal′s body weight to take the drug for 4 weeks.The control group was given same dose of saline by gavage.The antibiotic group was given antibiotics by gavage(amoxicillin capsules and metronidazole tablets).The Porphyromonas gingivalis,Bacterium forsythus,Treponemas denticola,Prevotella intermedia,Fusobacterium nucleatum,probing depth(PD),bleedingn on probing(BOP)and peri-implant sulcular fluid(PISF)index were obeserved in the three groups.Results:The PD,PISF,BOP index and the detection rate of the five sub-microorganisms in antibiotics group and treatment group after treatment were lower than those in inflammatory stage,but higher than those in normal level(P〈0.01),and there were significant difference compared with control group(P〈0.01).The detection rates of Pg,Bf and Pi in antibiotic group were lower than those in treatment group,there was no statistically difference in other index.Conclusion:Maizhuni is more effective in treating soft tissue inflammation,and it has antibacterial effect but relatively non-significant.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct antibacterial experiments.
