摘要 肿瘤是严重威胁人类健康的复杂疾病之一,其危害大,病死率高,治疗费用昂贵,关于肿瘤的研究一直是科研领域的一大热点。活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)生成和清除的平衡在活细胞中起着重要的作用,并且具有致DNA损伤和致癌效应,即与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。
