摘要
间歇性禁食(intermittent fasting,IF)是一种特殊的饮食模式,包括隔日禁食和限时喂养。动物实验研究表明,IF通过增强线粒体功能活化和细胞的抗应激能力、DNA修复和细胞自噬作用等,以减轻胰岛素抵抗和心血管疾病的危险因素,对改善神经系统疾病、心血管疾病、糖尿病的功能预后有益。本文对不同禁食模式在动物模型的研究现状予以分析。
Intermittent fasting(IF) is a special dietary pattern,including alternate days fasting and time-restricted feeding. Animal experiments showed that IF enhanced the function of mitochondria and activates cellular anti-stress ability,DNA repairation and autophagy,to alleviate the risk factors of insulin resistance and cardiovascular disease,so as to improve the neurological diseases and cardiovascular diseases. The research status of different fasting patterns in animal models was analyzed in this paper.
