2016年江苏省无锡市空气中PM2.5浓度与学生缺课的相关关系 被引量:4

The correlation between the concentration of PM2.5 and students' absence from school in 2016 in Wuxi,Jiangsu Province

摘要 目的探讨空气中PM2.5浓度与学生缺课的关系。方法通过江苏省学生健康监测系统收集2016年无锡市中小学生的因病缺课资料,结合同期大气污染监测资料,运用统计学方法分析PM2.5浓度与学生缺课的关系。结果PM2.5超标日的缺课总人次数(t=4.328,P<0.01)和呼吸系统疾病缺课人次数(t=4.792,P<0.01)比达标日多;PM2.5浓度与学生缺课人次数呈现正相关关系(r=0.165,P=0.015),与因呼吸系统疾病缺课的人次数之间也呈现类似的正相关关系(r=0.235,P=0.001),且在调整了温度、湿度等变量之后仍呈现显著的相关性(r=0.654,P=0.019)。结论无锡市空气污染物PM2.5可能会导致学生缺课人次数和呼吸系统缺课人次数的增加,建议继续加强空气质量监测,减少污染排放,保障中小学生的身心健康。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the concentration of PM2. 5 and students ' absence from school. Methods The data of primary and secondary students' absence from school in Wuxi were collected by Jiangsu Province students' health monitoring system. The monitoring data of air pollution in the same period were also collected. And an analysis was made on the relationship between the two by adopting statistical methods. Results The total number of students absent from school when the concentration of PM2. 5 was above the standard(t = 4. 328,P〈0. 01) was higher than that of the days when the standard was met. And the same went for the number of students' absence due to respiratory disease(t = 4. 792,P〈0. 01).There was a positive correlation between the concentration of PM2. 5 and the number of absentees(r = 0. 165,P = 0. 015). The significant positive correlation was also found between the concentration of PM2. 5 and the number of students' absence due to respiratory disease(r = 0. 235,P = 0. 001). Despite the adjustment of temperature,humidity and other variables,the significant correlation remained(r = 0. 654,P = 0. 019). Conclusion The air pollutant PM2. 5 may lead to the increase of students' absence from school and the incidence of respiratory system disease which may cause further absence. Hence,more effort should be made on air quality monitoring and emission reduction so that the physical and mental health of students can be guaranteed.
