摘要 目前NB-IoT正处于大范围商用推广阶段,各地区对NB-IoT的规划发展思路有所差异,因此对NB-IoT网络规划思路及建设策略进行研究。通过对NB-IoT关键技术及特性进行分析发现,NB-IoT在成本、功耗、覆盖方面均有明显的技术优势及明确的应用定位。根据其技术特点,通过频率部署、规划关键参数分析,利用链路预算方法,得出采用900 MHz频段部署NB-IoT需达到的站间距要求,并在此基础上,给出NB-IoT的覆盖发展策略及网络建设思路,为后续大范围推动部署NB-IoT提供技术参考。 At present, NB-IoT is in the phase of large-scale commercial promotion. Different regions have different ideas about the planning and development of NB-IoT. Therefore, the planning idea and construction strategy of NB-IoT are investigated. The key techniques and characteristics of NB-IoT are analyzed. NB-IoT has obvious technical advantages and definite application orientation in cost, power consumption and coverage. According to the technical features, deployment frequency and key planning parameter analysis, the link budget method is used to derive the required site distance to deploy NB-IoT at 900 MHz frequency band. Based on this, the development strategy of NB-IoT coverage and the network construction idea are presented, which can provide a technical reference to the large-scale promotion and deployment of NB-IoT.
