摘要
目的研制基于光纤内镜的可视腰椎穿刺装置,并对其应用效果进行初步研究。方法收集10具家猪腰段脊柱标本,随机分为实验组(n=5)和对照组(n=5)。可视腰椎穿刺装置由穿刺针、光纤内镜、外置光源、图像传感器、图像采集系统组成,可在直视下进行腰椎穿刺操作。实验组使用可视腰椎穿刺装置在家猪腰椎标本上模拟腰椎穿刺操作,对照组使用传统穿刺方法。评估可视腰椎穿刺装置对穿刺部位各组织结构的分辨能力,并与对照组比较评估其穿刺成功率。结果可视腰椎穿刺装置能清楚地分辨穿刺部位各组织结构,穿刺成功率较传统穿刺方法显著提高(P<0.05)。结论可视腰椎穿刺装置在提高腰椎穿刺的准确性及成功率方面具有一定优势,可为临床腰椎穿刺技术发展提供新的思路。
Objective To develop a visible lumbar puncture device based on fibre-optic endoscope, and preliminarily explore its application effectiveness. Methods Ten lumbar spine specimens of domestic pig were collected and divided randomly into experimental group (n = 5) and control group (n = 5). The visible lumbar puncture device consisted of a puncture needle, a fibre-optic endoscope, an external light source, an image sensor and an image gathering system, which can be used for lumbar puncture under direct vision. The visible lumbar puncture device was used to simulate lumbar puncture operation in lumbar spine specimens of experimental group. The traditional puncture method was used in control group. The resolution capacity of different tissues of the device was evaluated and success rates of puncture were analyzed compared between the 2 groups. Results This visible lumbar puncture device could clearly identify the different tissues during the process of puncture and significantly increased the success rate of puncture comparing with the traditional method (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion This visible lumbar puncture device has certain advantages for accuracy and success rate of lumbar puncture and can provide a new idea for development of clinical lumbar puncture techniques.
