集成式铝合金结构房屋产品检验相关研究

本文首先介绍一种新型装配式金属结构——集成式铝合金结构房屋。整个房屋定义为一个产品,是目前我国建筑工业化发展的一个全新概念。在国家建筑工业行业产品标准《预装式铝合金低层房屋及移动屋技术标准》正在编制的背景下,本文分析对比了现行工程建设程序与集成房屋建造方式以及检验验收的异同,并探讨目前铝合金房屋出厂合格证发放以及房屋检验方式存在的问题,为我国建筑工业化探索提供新思路。

A new type integrated aluminum alloy of assembled metal structure - structure housing is introduced in this paper.It brings a new concept to the development of China＇s construction industry that the whole house is defined as a product.Under the context of the preparation of the national construction industry product standard ＂prefabricated aluminum alloy low-rise housing and mobile housing technical standards＂, this paper analyzes and compares the differences between the existing engineering construction procedures and integrated house about construction methods and inspection, and discusses the distribution of product certification of aluminum alloy house and the problems of housing inspection, which provides ideas for our country to explore the construction industry.
