上海市女大学生性与生殖健康知信行现状分析

Analysis on the current situation of knowledge,attitude,practice of sexual and reproductive health among female college students in Shanghai

目的调查分析女大学生性与生殖健康的认知、信念及行为现状,为开展有效的性与生殖健康教育和干预措施提供依据。方法运用自行设计知信行问卷对上海2所高校的450名在校女大学生进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷439份,回收有效率97.6%。结果女大学生性与生殖健康知识掌握不足,认知和行为之间存在较大的差异,需要有效的性与生殖健康教育内容、方法和干预措施。结论女大学生性与生殖健康教育应以高校为主,联合公共卫生服务机构、医疗机构等社会力量进行教育、引导和干预。同时,应加强教育内容的全面性和引导性,从而有效促进女大学生提高性与生殖健康的自我管理水平和意识。

Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of knowledge,attitude,practice(KAP） of sexual and reproductive health among female college students in Shanghai,provide a basis for carrying out sexual and reproductive health education and intervention measures. Methods A self-designed KAP questionnaire survey was performed to survey 450 female college students in Shanghai,then 439 valid questionnaires were collected,the rate was 97. 6%. Results The female college students lacked sexual and reproductive health knowledge,and there were many inconsistencies between their sexual and reproductive health cognition and behaviors. Therefore,effective sexual and reproductive health education content,methods,and intervention measures were needed. Conclusion Colleges should take major responsibility of sexual and reproductive health education of female college students,education,guidance,and intervention should be provided combining with public health service institutions and medical institutions. At the same time,the comprehensiveness and guidance of health education should be enhanced to effectively promote the improvement of self-management level and consciousness of sexual and reproductive health education in female college students.
