摘要
介绍了加氢裂化装置用高压轨道球阀的设计参数和结构特点,分析了阀门主要零件的三种强度设计方法,阐述了阀门主要零件加工方式,给出了阀门设计要求和性能试验结果。
It introduces the design parameters and structure characteristics for developing high pressure orbit ball valve used for hydrocracking unit,analyses three kinds of strength design methods of main valve parts,and states the processing methods of main valve parts,gives the design requirements and performance tests of the valve.
