摘要
论述了高温高压金属密封球阀厚壁阀体计算分析复杂的特点,介绍了常温和高温工况时采用理论推导及有限元分析对厚壁阀体计算的方法,导出了厚壁阀体应力计算公式及受力仿真分析结果,探讨了不同试验方法的差异。
Discusses the complex characteristics of calculation analysis on thick wall body of high temperature and high pressure metal sealing ball valve,introduces calculation method of thick wall body by theoretical derivation and finite element analysis at normal temperature and high temperature,derives stress calculation formula of the thick wall body and stress simulation analysis results,discusses the differences between the test methods.
