摘要
目的了解新疆生产建设兵团第十三师人群布鲁氏菌感染状况,为防控工作提供依据。方法以牧民、农民、兽医、牛羊宰杀及烤肉摊主为调查对象,用虎红平板凝集试验和试管凝集试验检测,同时调查相关知识知晓和自觉防护传染情况。结果共检测1 988人,发现布鲁氏菌感染者51例,感染率为2.57%。其中屠宰卖肉者及烤肉摊主感染率为7.94%,兽医为6.45%。维吾尔族感染率为4.08%,哈萨克族为2.83%。人群布鲁氏菌病相关知识知晓率偏低。结论屠宰、烤肉摊主及少数民族也是当地重点布病感染人群。
ObjectiveTo understand the brucella infection status in populations at risk in the 13 thdivision of XinjiangProduction and Construction Corps and provide evidence for the prevention and control of human brucellosis.MethodsThesurvey was conducted in herdsmen,farmers,veterinarians,butchers and the owners of barbecue stalls by means of rose bengalplate agglutination test and tube agglutination test. The survey of their awareness of brucellosis related knowledge and their self-protection were conducted too.ResultsA total of 1 988 persons were surveyed,in whom 51 were found to be infected withbrucella,the infection rate was 2.57%. The infection rate was highest in butchers and the owners of barbecue stalls(7.94%),followed by that in veterinarians(6.45%). The infection rate in Uygur was 4.08%,higher than that in Kazakh(2.83%). Theoverall awareness of knowledge about brucellosis was low.ConclusionButchers and the owners of barbecue stalls as well aspeople in minor ethnic group are the key populations in the prevention and control of brucella infection.
