施菌肥、套袋对‘秋白梨’品质的影响

Effect of Fertilizer and Bagging on the Quality of ‘Qiubai Pear’

该文综述了菌肥和套袋对‘秋白梨’果实品质的影响,施菌肥和套袋均使‘秋白梨’果实硬度增加,其中施菌肥的效果更好些;套袋能提高可溶性固形物含量;施菌肥能提高维生素C含量;套袋能增加果面亮度;套袋能降低乙烯释放量,增加呼吸强度,而施菌肥能增加乙烯释放量;施菌肥和套袋均加重‘秋白梨’果汁的褐变程度。

This paper reviews the effects of fertilizer and bagging on fruit quality of ＇Qiubai Pear＇, fertilizer and bagging the fruit hardness increased,the fertilizer effect is better;the content of soluble solids can be increased by bagging. Fertilizer can improve the content of vitamin C;bagging can increase the peel brightness;bagging can reduce ethylene production,increased respiration,and fertilizer can increase the release of ethylene;fertilizer and bagging increased fruit color of ＇Qiubai Pear＇.
