摘要 对黄海海域18个站位的海水腐蚀性进行了研究,通过电化学阻抗及动电位极化曲线测试研究了X80管线钢在黄海海域的腐蚀电化学行为,并分析了环境中腐蚀因子对X80管线钢腐蚀行为的影响规律。结果表明:依据水环境参数聚类分析,可将调查海域分为三类;海水的密度、盐度、溶解氧含量与X80管线钢腐蚀电流密度的相关性最为显著;X80管线钢在黄海海域的腐蚀总体上呈现南低北高,近岸低远岸高的趋势。 The corrosivity of seawater at 18 stations in the Yellow Sea was studied.The electrochemical corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel in the Yellow Sea area was studied by polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,and the effect of corrosion factors in the environment on corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel was analyzed.The results showed that the seawater in the Yellow Sea could be divided into three categories.Density,salinity and content of dissolved oxygen of seawater were significantly correlated with the corrosion current density of X80 pipeline steel.The corrosion of X80 pipeline steel in the Yellow Sea generally presents a trend of low in south,high in morth,low in near shore and high in far shore.
