摘要
基于国内外交流杂散电流的研究成果,阐述了目前天然气管道交流杂散电流干扰的判据和常见检测方法。介绍了榆济天然气管道JLS110-JFY127段交流杂散电流的干扰现状,选取裸铜线作为接地极结合固态去耦合器进行排流施工。利用HC-069储存式杂散电流测试仪对11个测试桩管地交流电位进行连续监测,对比分析了排流前后的交流电压和交流电流密度。结果表明:固态去耦合技术的排流效果良好,可对今后交流干扰的解决处理提供参考。
Based on the research achievements of AC stray current at home and abroad,the current criteria and common detection methods for AC stray current interference in natural gas pipelines were described.The status of AC stray current interference in the JLS110-JFY127 section of the Yulin-Jinan natural gas pipeline was introduced.The bare copper wire was selected as the grounding electrode and the solid state decoupler was used for the drainage construction.HC-069 storage stray current tester was used to continuously monitor the AC pipe-to-soil potentials of the 11 test piles,and the AC voltage and AC current density before and after discharge were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the solid-state decoupling technology had good drainage effect,and could provide reference for the future treatment of AC interference.
