Explore the Collaborative Governance Elements of Public Service in Large stadiums

提升大型体育场馆公共服务水平是场馆管理改革的方向。研究基于协同治理的视角,主要采用专家访谈、问卷调查、实地考察,对于我国大型体育场馆公共服务提供方式及治理要素相关问题进行探索,研究认为,治理目标、治理主体、治理客体、治理方式、治理体制、治理机制及信任关系等七个方面构成大型体育场馆公共服务协同治理的基本要素,各要素之间相互联系、相互依赖的有机整体,为我国大型体育场馆公共服务治理模式提供理论依据。

Improving the public service level of large stadiums is the direction of the management reform. Based on the perspective of collaborative governance, this study mainly uses the expert interviews, questionnaire survey, field trips, for our country large stadiums provide ways of public service and governance factors related issues to explore, research, management target, management subject, management object, management mode, management system, management mechanism and trust relationship in seven aspects, such as a stadium of the basic elements of collaborative governance of public service, the mutual relationship between each factor and depend on each other organic whole, for our country large stadiums governance mode of public service.
