摘要 肾门区肿瘤行腹腔镜肾部分切除术是上尿路极具挑战性的手术,因其邻近重要的肾供应血管和输尿管而导致腹腔镜手术的难度大大增加。不同位置的肾门肿瘤行腹腔镜肾部分切除术需要根据患者的实际情况和术者的经验选择不同的入路和手术方式,在确保完整切除肿瘤的情况下,尽可能缩短肾脏热缺血时间,使患者获得良好的治疗效果。本文将就不同类型的肾门区肿瘤,介绍腹腔镜保留肾单位手术的常见问题与对策。 Laparoscopic partial nephrectomy is one of the most challenging surgeries for tumors near the renal hilum and ureter.The surgical approaches and procedures should be determined according to patient's actual situation and surgeon's experiences.On the basis of complete removal of the tumor,surgeons should shorten the warm ischemic time as possible to improve the surgical outcomes.This article will introduce the tips and troubleshooting in laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for different types of renal hilar tumors.
