云南松松针药材质量标准研究

Study on quality specification of Pinus yunnanensis

目的:制定松针药材的质量标准,为药用植物资源开发利用提供科学依据。方法:浸出物测定法,灰分测定法,水分测定法,薄层色谱法及高效液相色谱法。结果:对不同产地及收集时间云南松松针的浸出物、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和水分进行了测定;同时对其活性成分山柰酚进行了薄层定性鉴别和高效液相色谱法定量研究。结论:通过研究制定了松针药材的质量控制标准。

Objective To provide scientific basis for the utilization and development of Pine needle. Method The extract of pine needle was examined Moisture and ash were determined. And the active component were analyzed by thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. Results Content of total ash, acid insoluble ash, and moisture of pinus yunnanensis from dif- ferent areas and times were determined. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of kaempferol by thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography were performed respective. Conclusion The established method can be used for the quality specification of Pine needle.
