摘要
针对现有英语短文观点分析方法中存在基于"词袋"模型的假设以及需要大量训练文本的缺点,提出了一种基于SLDA的英语短文观点分析模型。该模型基于对LDA主题模型的改进,依据"一个句子只表达一个主题"的假设,以单个句子取代单个单词作为处理单元,从而生成相应的主题分布。实验结果表明,该模型只需较少的英语短文样本就可以实现判断英语短文是否跑题的功能,并且具有较高的准确率和较好的实用性。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the ＂ word bag＂ model and the large amount of training text in the existing English essay analysis method,an English essay analysis method based on SLDA topic model is proposed.The model is based on the improvement of the LDA topic model.Based on the assumption that ＂one sentence only expresses a topic＂,a single sentence is substituted for a single word as a processing unit to generate the corresponding topic distribution.The experimental results show that this model only needs less sample of English essay to realize the function of judging whether English essay is off topic or not and has high accuracy and good practicability.
