无锡市活禽交易市场家禽禽流感监测 被引量:5

Surveillance for avian influenza virus in live poultry markets in Wuxi

摘要 目的了解无锡市活禽交易市场中家禽禽流感病毒感染情况,评估人感染禽流感风险。方法采集禽类咽拭子和肛拭子标本,采用荧光定量PCR技术检测禽流感甲型通用及H5、H7、H9亚型病毒核酸,并进行统计学分析。结果 2014年11月—2015年3月共采集并检测禽类标本1 962份,甲型流感病毒核酸阳性248份,阳性率为12.64%;检出的禽流感病毒型别以H9亚型194份(9.89%)为主,其次为H5亚型38份(1.94%)、H7亚型8份(0.41%)和混合型8份(0.41%)。阳性率较高的监测场所为城乡活禽市场(24.06%)和农贸市场(14.06%)。监测期间,不同月份禽流感病毒阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=74.60,P<0.01)。不同类型标本中,除混合感染外,咽拭子中禽流感病毒核酸检出率均高于肛拭子。结论无锡市活禽市场禽类禽流感病毒污染较为严重,且型别多样,存在人感染禽流感病毒的风险,应加强禽类及其环境中禽流感病毒的实时监测。 Objective To investigate the circulation of avian influenza virus(AIV) and assess the risk of human infectionin Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. Methods The samples were collected from live poultry markets for the detection of influenzaA virus, including subtype H5, H7 and H9, with fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR, and the results were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 1 962 samples were collected. The positive numbers of A, H5, H7, H9 and co-infection influenza viruseswere 248(12.64%), 38(1.94%), 8(0.41%), 194(9.89%) and 8(0.41%) respectively. For different sample collection sites, thepositive rates in rural and urban live poultry markets(24.06%) and farm produce markets(14.06%) were significantly different.The month specific differences in positive rates was significant(χ2=74.60, P〈0. 01). Among the different samples, except inco-infection, the throat swabs had higher positive rate than anal swabs. Conclusions The contamination of AIV in livepoultry markets is quite severe in Wuxi City. It is necessary to strengthen the surveillance for AIV and the health education forworkers in poultry markets and farms.
