摘要
登革热是由登革病毒引起的虫媒传染病,是目前人类面临的最重要的虫媒传染病,也是全球新现再现疾病中发展最迅猛的传染病之一。全球三分之二的人口受其威胁,每年有多达5亿人口感染登革热。登革热可以分为四个血清型,各型别之间无交叉免疫。多血清型同时流行会增加不同血清型登革病毒复合感染的发生,给登革热防控带来更大挑战。在过去的20年中,登革热发病率增加了四倍,这一趋势似乎还在继续。同一地区中同时存在2种或以上血清型登革病毒流行变得更加普遍。因此,预计这些地区的并发感染频率会增加。本文综述了2种或2种以上不同血清型共同感染的情况,并讨论了可能的疾病控制策略。
Dengue fever is a mosquito-borne disease caused by the Dengue virus in human being. Nearly two-thirds of theworld's population is at risk for infection of dengue fever, as many as 500 million people are infected each year. The virus thatcauses dengue disease can be divided into four closely related serotypes, and no cross-serotype immunity can happen for acertain amount of time. The simultaneous prevalence of multiple serotypes of dengue viruses will increase the occurrence ofconcurrent infections of different serotypes, which brings more challenges to dengue prevention and control. In the past 20 years, the incidence has increased four-fold and this trend appears to be continuing. And the co-circulation of more than onedengue virus serotype in the same community has became more common. As a consequence, the frequency of concurrentinfections would be expected to increase in these areas. This review focus on the status of co-infection with two or moredifferent serotypes and discuss the possible disease control strategies.
