大同市御河干流水污染问题及防治措施

The Water Pollution Problems and the Measures of Preventing and Controlling Pollution About Datong Yu River

大同市御河干流中下游段水质差,水污染问题主要是由排入御河干流的工业废水、城镇生活污水、农村生活污水、农业面源污染、畜禽养殖污染及各支流的不达标水质入河造成的,为了解决大同市御河干流的水污染问题,需要在区域范围内实现工业废水达标排放,提高城镇生活污水的处理率、回用率和净化率,对农村环境进行综合整治,对畜禽养殖废弃物进行无害化处理和资源化利用;并需加强对各支流的管控。

The quality of the water of the middle and lower reaches of Datong Yu River is worse. The water pollution is mainly caused by the exogenous contaminants into the river,such as unrestrained discharging the industrial wastewater and the domestic sewage of urban and rural,filtering through the non-point source agricultural pollution and livestock pollution,and collecting the poor-quality water from its tributaries so on. In order to solve the problem of water pollution of the channel thread of Datong Yu River,more measures must be performed such as realizing the industrial wastewater discharge standards in the region,improving the rate of treatment,recovery and purification of the urban domestic sewage,forwarding the comprehensive improvement of the rural environment,harmless treating and fully utilizing livestock and poultry waste and strengthening the management and control of the every tributary of the Datong Yu River.
