Study on the Implementation Scheme of Video Conference System of the Huihe Reservoir

为解决浍河水库上游河道没有洪水视频监控设施问题,提高山洪灾害区域视频信息采集、传输和洪水预警预报能力,实时掌握水库上游洪水变化情况,实时上传浍河水库洪水演变信息,为浍河水库防洪调度提供科学依据,在充分利用现有软硬件设备的基础上,建设起山洪灾害视频监控和会商系统,以达到工程防洪安全,为下游人民群众生命财产安全提供安全保障的目标。

In order to solve the problem of monitoring facilities of video in the upstream river reaches of the Huihe River reservoir,to improve ability of the video information collection,transmission and flood warning and forecasting of mountain flood disaster area,to grasp the flood situation of reservoir upstream in real time,to provide the scientific basis for flood control of the Huihe Reservoir and based on makeing full use of existing hardware and software facilities,the video monitoring and consultation systems of mountain torrent disasters are constructed so as to achieve flood control safety of engineering and to provide security for the downstream people＇s life and property safety.
