摘要
山东墨龙HIsmelt新工艺采用非焦煤粉在熔融还原炉中还原含铁原料,后经过铸造过程,最终生产出特种铸造生铁,为高端制造行业(如核电)提供原材料,该工艺是冶金领域的革命性新技术。首先介绍了山东墨龙HIsmelt铸锻工厂的概况及熔融还原炉的反应机理;其次对山东墨龙HIsmelt工艺的主要生产指标进行了分析,结果表明,山东墨龙HIsmelt工厂主要生产指标已明显优于力拓HIsmelt工厂,其所生产的特种铸造生铁磷质量分数低,基本不含硅、锰等元素,其他5种有害元素(铅、锡、砷、锑和铋)含量非常低,满足了高端制造业对铁原料的要求;最后总结了山东墨龙HIsmelt生产过程的特点,分析了在生产过程中如何通过熔融还原炉中的三大操作制度(调节喷煤量、调整含铁物料喷吹量和调整热风中的富氧量)的协同作用来调整炉内冶炼状态,并且对冶炼温度的影响和煤耗的确定进行了探讨。
Shandong Molong HIsmelt ironmaking process utilizes non-coking coal powder to reduce ferrous raw materials in a smelting furnace vessel to produce high-purity iron for the high-end manufacturing industries(such as nuclear power).And it is a revolutionary new technology in the field of ferrous metallurgy.Firstly,the overview of Shandong Molong HIsmelt factory and the reaction mechanism of the smelting reduction vessel were introduced.Secondly,the main production indexes of Shandong Molong HIsmelt process were analyzed and the results showed that the main production indexes of Shandong Molong HIsmelt were obviously superior to that of the Rio Tinto HIsmelt factory.And of the produced high-purity molten iron had low phosphorus content,almost did not contain Si and Mn elements and the contents of other five harmful elements were very low,which met the requirement of the high-end manufacturing industries for iron raw material.Finally,the characteristics of Shandong Molong HIsmelt production process were summarized,the adjustment of the smelting status in the furnace through the synergetic action of the three major operating systems(adjusting the injection coal capacity,adjusting the quantity of iron-containing materials injection and adjusting the rich oxygen amount in hot wind)was analyzed and the influence of hot metal temperature and coal consumption was discussed.
