摘要
针对首秦4 300mm轧机在没有CVC窜辊装置、无预矫直机、无板形仪等板形控制手段的情况下,在轧制方面开发基于板凸度策略的控制方法,为板形控制提供数据支持,摆脱了操作工通过肉眼观察控制板形的局面;在冷却方面采用"微中浪控制法",通过调节轧制板形达到钢板在冷床冷却后板形良好的目的;在热矫直方面通过增加矫直力和塑性变形比例改善钢板板形。通过以上控制方法的优化与应用,管线钢板形效果改善明显,在国家重点项目中批量稳定生产。
Without the flatness control means such as CVC roll device,pre-straightening machine and flatness gauge in the 4 300 mm mill of Shouqin Company,in view of the aspect of a developed rolling control method based on the strategy of plate crown,data support for the plate shape control was provided,and the situation of controlling was shaken off by operators based on whose macroscopic observation.In the cooling aspect,the rolling plate shape was adjusted by the " micro-wave control method" to achieve the good plate shape after cooling on the cold bed.In hot straightening,the plate shape was improved by increasing the straightening force and the deformation ratio.Through the optimization and application of the control methods,the plate shape of pipeline steel was improved obviously,and the production of pipeline steel plates was stabilized in batch used in national key projects.
