摘要
首钢京唐2 230冷轧分厂引进德国米巴赫CSLH21型激光焊机,分别用于冷硬卷带钢的焊接,可焊接带钢宽度范围为800-2 150mm、厚度范围为0.4-2.5mm的低碳钢、高碳钢、双相钢等多种钢种。主要介绍连续退火生产线(连退线)激光焊机双切剪精度缺失对焊缝质量的影响,通过对焊机剪切精度进行多方位调整,恢复了剪切精度,极大改善了焊接质量,降低了冷轧厂连退线激光焊机的重焊率及停车率。
Miebach CSLH21 laser welder is inducted in Shougang Jingtang 2 230 mm cold strip mill and used for the weld of the low carbon and HSS coils.The strips which can be welded were a variety of steel,including low carbon steel,high carbon steel and duplex steel in a width range of 800-2 150 mm and in a thickness of 0.4-2.5 mm.The influence of laser welder′s bad shear cutting precision on the quality of the weld seam in the CAL line was introduced.Through the adjustment of the shear unit,it recovered the shear cutting accuracy,and greatly improved the welding quality,reduced the rewelding rate and parking rate of laser welder in the cold rolling annealing process.
