摘要
新医改下公立医院将财务管理目标科学划分为短期、中期、长期三个阶段，以多元化维度充分展示出公立医院财务管理工作的科学性，在推动公立医院有序发展的基础上，为发挥工作职能提供了物质支撑。基于此，文章主要对新医改下公立医院财务管理目标及实现途径进行分析。
