顶空固相微萃取结合气-质联用分析谷精草及其伪品的挥发性成分 被引量:3

Analysis of volatile components in Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern and its adulterants by HS-SPME-GS-MS

摘要 目的:比较谷精草及其伪品赛谷精草挥发性成分的异同点,为谷精草的真伪鉴别和临床应用提供科学依据。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)结合气-质联用技术(GC-MS)对谷精草和赛谷精草的挥发性成分进行分析鉴定,用面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:2种药材共检测到63个峰,鉴定出43种成分。从谷精草中检测到30个峰,鉴定出25个成分,占总挥发性成分的79.02%;主要物质有1-石竹烯、右旋大根香叶烯、薄荷脑、月桂酸乙酯、癸酸乙酯、软脂酸乙酯、茴香脑、壬酸乙酯等成分;从赛谷精草中检测到33个峰,鉴定出18个成分,占总挥发性成分的63.94%;主要物质有1-石竹烯、植酮、薄荷脑、壬醛、桉树脑、α-石竹烯、香叶基丙酮等其他成分。结论:谷精草和赛谷精草在挥发性成分上存在一定差异,两者不能混用。 OBJECTIVE To compare the similarities and differences between the volatile components of Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern and Eriocaulon esiboldianum,and provide the scientific basis for the clinical application of Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern.METHODS The method of headspace solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME)combined with GC-MS was used to analyze the volatile components of Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern and Eriocaulon esiboldianum.RESULTS Totally 63 peaks were detected fromEriocaulon buergerianum Koern and Eriocaulon esiboldianum,43 kinds of ingredients were identified.Totally 30 peaks were detected from Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern,25 kinds of ingredients were identified,accounting for79.02% of the total volatile components.The main substances identified from the Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern were 1-carnate,dextroate root,menthol,ethyl laurate,ethyl decanoate,ethyl palmitate,anisole,nonanoate,etc.33 peaks were detected from Eriocaulon esiboldianum,18 kinds of ingredients were identified,accounting for 63.94% of the total volatile components.The main substances identified from Eriocaulon esiboldianum were 1-caryophyllene,phytone,menthol,nonylaldehyde,eucalyptus brain,α-carnocene,geranyl acetone,etc.CONCLUSION There are some differences in the volatile components of Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern and Eriocaulon esiboldianu,and the two herbs cannot be mixed.
