摘要
目的:采用HPLC色谱法同时测定不同产地黄芩中黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩苷、汉黄芩素、去甲汉黄芩苷、千层纸素A苷的含量。方法:采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度为流动相,流速1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长280 nm,柱温30℃。结果:黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩苷、汉黄芩素、去甲汉黄芩苷、千层纸素A苷的线性关系良好,平均回收率在98.70%~99.17%之间。结论:3批样品测定结果表明,采用该方法可以更简便、更准确定量黄芩总黄酮部位中6种主要化学成分。
OBJECTIVE To develop a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of baicalin,wogonoside,baicalein,wognin,chrysim,norwogonin-7-O-glucuronide and oroxylin A-glucoronide in the Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi from different districts.METHODS The separation was completed on an Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column using 0.1%phosphoric acid and actonitrile as mobile phase in gradient elution mode.The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min-1 and the wavelength at 280 nm.The temperature was 30 ℃.RESULTS Baicalin,wogonoside,baicalein,wognin,chrysim,norwogonin-7-Oglucuronide and oroxylin A-glucoronide were in good linear relationship,with average recoveries of 98.70%-99.17%.CONCLUSION The determination outcomes of three batches of samples show that the method is simple and accurate,which can be used in the quantitative determination of three components in total flavones of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.
