摘要
针对南京栖霞山铅锌矿深部地应大,矿岩条件变差及地处风景区对采矿方法要求严格的现状,通过研究,设计了盘区上向分层进路阶梯式回采充填采矿法。该方法的特点是几个采场组成一个盘区,以分层方式由下向上逐层回采,每一分层则划分成若干进路,间隔布置Ⅰ、Ⅱ期进路,以进路为单元进行回采与充填,先回采Ⅰ期进路,再回采Ⅱ期进路,同时Ⅰ期进路超前Ⅱ期进路形成阶梯式回采。应用实践表明,该采矿法具有生产能力大、回采率高、贫化率低等优点,采场生产能力可达215t/d,矿石的回收率较现用的上向点柱分层充填采矿法提高了20%,贫化率则小于3%。
For Qixiashan lead-zinc mine in Nanjing,the stress of the deep orebody is high,the condition of ore and rock is getting worse,and its location in scenic spot has a strict demand of mining method.In view of the situation,through researches,the upward slicing drift and step stoping filling mining method was designed.For this method,several stopes formed as a panel,and were stoped from bottom to top,layer by layer.Each layer was divided into several drifts,inculding the first period of drifts(driftsⅠ)and the second period of drifts(driftsⅡ)which were arranged at intervals.Stoping and filling were put forward by taking drifts as units.Drifts I were firstly stoped in advance of drifts II,so as to realize step stoping.Practice showed that this mining method had the advantages of large production capacity,high recovery rate and low dilution rate.Compared with previous mining method,the production capacity of stope could be up to 215 t/d,the recovery rate of the ore was increased by 20%,and the dilution rate was less than 3%.
