摘要
为了避免有限元分析过程中重复设计,缩短机械产品设计周期,提高有限元分析软件系统使用效率,对三维模型参数化建模方法和有限元分析方法进行了研究。以计算机辅助工程的二次开发理论为基础,运用NX Nastran模块为有限元分析实现平台,通过Visual Studio 2012使用面向对象的方式编写动态链接库文件嵌入到NX Nastran,实现了基于NX Nastran的参数化有限元分析系统的搭建。以掘进机为系统验证实例,详细的介绍了系统开发设计的具体流程和实现方法,并通过掘进机截割部中心轮的模态分析对该方法的有效性进行了验证。结果表明,基于NX Nastran的参数化有限元分析系统可以实现三维模型到有限元分析模型的精确转换,高效的完成有限元分析过程。
In order to avoid the repeated designs during the process of the finite element analysis,to shorten the design period of mechanical product,and to improve the utilization efficiency of finite element analysis software system,a study was conducted on parametric modeling and finite element analysis for three-dimensional models.Based on the secondary development theory of computer aided engineering,NX Nastran module was used to establish a platform for the finite element analysis.Through Visual Studio 2012,the dynamic link library was encoded in an object-oriented fashion,and was embeded to NX Nastran,so as to realize the establishment of parameterization finite element analysis system based on NX Nastran.Taking the roadheader as a verification example,the specific development process and implement method of the system were introduced in detail.Furthermore,the modality of central gear in cutting part of roadheader was analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the method.The results indicated that the parameterization finite element analysis system based on NX Nastran was able to accurately transform from three-dimensional model to finite element analysis model,and could efficiently complete the process of finite element analysis.
