不同恒重温度对氯氧镁水泥制品性能影响的试验研究

摘要 氯氧镁水泥制品的硬化产物通常以5Mg(OH)_2·Mg Cl_2·8H_2O相(5·1·8相)为主,这也是制品强度的来源,但其热稳定性欠佳。就不同水化硬化温度和制品恒重温度对氯氧镁水泥制品性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,氯氧镁水泥制品水化硬化温度和制品恒重温度不宜超过65℃,超过该温度后,制品强度逐渐下降,表面粉化,结构孔隙增加,吸水率提高,耐水性降低。 The hardened products of magnesium oxychloride cement products are mainly 5Mg (OH)2·MgCl2·8H20 (5*1*8), which is also the source of technical properties of the products,but its thermal stability is pooE In this paper, the influence of different hydration hardening temperature and the constant weight temperature of the product on the properties of magnesium oxychloride cement products was studied. The results show that the hydration hardening temperature and the constant weight temperature of the magnesium oxychloride cement products should not exceed 65 ℃. After this temperature, strength of the product gradually decreased,the surface powdered,the structure pores increased,the water absorption rate increased,and the water resistance decreased.
