摘要
为解决无机防水堵漏材料在应用中存在早期强度低,耐久性差等问题,制备了地聚合物基防水堵漏材料。试验研究了碱含量、粉煤灰和钢渣掺量对地聚合物凝结时间和早期强度的影响,并对其微观结构进行了分析。结果表明:当偏高岭土、矿渣、粉煤灰、钢渣掺量分别为30%、25%、30%、15%,且当碱含量为8%时,其初凝和终凝时间分别为97 min和110 min,3 d抗折、抗压强度分别达到8.21 MPa、58.2 MPa;所制备的地聚合物基防水堵漏材料的性能均符合缓凝型无机防水堵漏材料的标准要求;微观分析表明,该体系主要产物为沸石类矿物和C-S-H凝胶,具有致密的微观结构。
Waterproof plugging material based on geopolymer was prepared to solve the problem that low early strength and poor durability of inorganic waterproof plugging material. The influence of the content of alkali,fly ash and steel slag on the set-ting time and early strength of geopolymer and its microstructure were studied in this paper. The results show that:when the metakaolin,the slag, fly ash and steel slag were accounted for 30%,25%,30%,15% respectively,and alkali activator of 8%,the initial setting time and final setting time were 97 rain and 110 rain,3 d flexural strength and compressive strength reached 8.21 MPa, 58.2 MPa. The performance of waterproofing materials based on geopolymer can match the standard of inorganic waterproof plugging materials. Microscopic analysis showed that the microstructure of the system is dense and the main hydration products of the system are zeolite and C-S-H gel.
