钾盐镀锌中的设备故障分析

摘要 通过对钾盐镀锌中"电流开不大,镀层易烧焦、灰暗"等故障实例的分析,指出钾盐镀锌中"设备故障"和"工艺故障"均会造成这一故障现象的产生。将其中的"设备故障"分为4个种类,给出了故障原因的查找方法和故障处理方法,总结了钾盐镀锌中预防同类故障发生的技术措施和故障判别经验。 Through analyzing the faults examples,such as current is limited and coating is easy to burn and gray,occurring during sylvite zinc plating,it was pointed out that both equipment faults and process faults could cause these phenomena.The equipment faults were divided into four kinds,the methods of finding the fault cause and the methods of dealing with it were introduced,and the technical measures for preventing similar faults and faults discrimination experience for sylvite zinc plating were summarized.
