镁-锂合金阳极氧化膜化学镀镍工艺及性能研究

摘要 在镁-锂合金阳极氧化膜表面化学镀镍,并对化学镀镍层的性能进行了测试。结果表明:当pH值为4~7时,化学镀镍层均匀、致密,主要成分为Ni和P;当pH值为6时,化学镀镍层的自腐蚀电流密度最低,自腐蚀电位最正,耐蚀性最好。 Electroless nickel plating on the anodic oxidation film of Mg-Li alloy was carried out,and the properties of electroless nickel coatings were tested.Results showed that,when pH value was 4-7,the electroless nickel coating was uniform and dense,and was primarily composed of Ni and P.When pH value was 6,the electroless nickel coating possess the best corrosion resistance,the self-corrosion current density was minimum and the self-corrosion potential was maximum.
