工艺条件对ZL301铝合金阳极氧化膜性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 对ZL301铝合金进行阳极氧化处理,以提高其耐蚀性。通过正交试验得到阳极氧化的最佳工艺条件为:硫酸260g/L,草酸25g/L,柠檬酸20g/L,酒石酸14g/L,氧化温度25℃,氧化时间40min。在此工艺条件下得到的阳极氧化膜表面平整、覆盖性好,自腐蚀电位比基体的正,自腐蚀电流密度比基体的小。这说明阳极氧化处理提高了铝合金的耐蚀性。 Anodizing treatment was performed on ZL301 aluminum alloy in order to improve the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy.The optimum technological conditions determined by orthogonal experiments were as follows:sulfuric acid 260 g/L,oxalic acid 25 g/L,citric acid 20 g/L,tartaric acid 14 g/L,oxidation temperature 25℃,oxidation time 40 min.The anodic oxide film obtained under the optimum technological conditions was smooth and covered better.The self-corrosion potential was more positive than that of the matrix,and the self-corrosion current density was smaller than that of the matrix,which indicated that anodizing treatment improve the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy.
