开发区周边新建社区内卷化现象研究--以昆山市蓬曦社区为例

Community involution of new communities around the development zones:a case study of Pengxi Community around Kunshan Economic and Technological Development Zone

城郊开发区周边新建社区作为失地农民和外来人口混居的空间,普遍存在复杂的利益关系,无法有效形成情感、利益共同体,陷入内卷化困境。基于这类社区的形成机制,结合对昆山开发区周边蓬曦社区的实地调查,分析了这类社区陷入内卷化的原因、表现和优化路径。结果显示,开发区的快速建设消解了原有乡村社区,造成了本地居民在征地拆迁中的利益格局调整;外地人的不断涌入,使新建社区的利益矛盾复杂化,而且存在矛盾不断复制、延伸的倾向,威胁社区和开发区的可持续发展。

As the dwelling space for both local land - lost farmers and migrant workers, the new communities around development zones in the suburban areas are generally faced with complex interest relationships. As a result, the new communities cannot form an effective community of common emotion and interest so as to get into the community involution. Based on the formation mechanism of these communities and the investigation on Pengxi Community around the Kunshan Economic and Technological Development Zone, this essay tentatively explores the mechanism, current situation and optimization approaches to the community involution. It shows that the rapid construction of development zones dissolves the old village communities, resulting in the redistribution of local residents＇ interests in land expropriation and housing demolition, and that the influx of outsiders makes the interest conflicts of new communities complicated, even more copies and extends constantly the conflicts, threatening the sustainable development of the communities and development zones.
