数字创意产业全球价值链重构——战略地位与中国路径 被引量:30

GVC restructuringof the digital creative industries: Strategic position and China’s path

摘要 关于数字创意产业的学术研究虽然始于2007年,但在此后长达10年的时间里并没有受到足够的重视。数字创意产业的战略地位从2009年逐步确立,与英国等发达国家相比,中国数字创意产业尚有lO多倍提升空间。作为国家战略性新兴产业,数字创意产业正面临美、欧、日、韩等西方国家对其全球价值链的“俘获”与“低端锁定”。建构于制造业基础之上的传统全球价值链理论,已不能适用于新兴的数字创意产业,需要建构新的理论范式,需要突破“路径升级”的简单逻辑、建立重构数字创意产业全球价值链的思维模式,中国应主动探索数字创意产业全球价值链的战略性重构路径。 Although the academic research on the digital creative industries began in 2007, but since then up to 10 years time no e- nough attention has been given on it. The strategic position of the digital creative industries has been gradually established since 2009. Compared to the developed countries such as the United Kingdom, there are 10 times more development space for China~ digital crea- tive industriesto grow. As one of the national strategic emerging industries, the GVC of the digital creative industries is facing the threat of being captured or " low-end lock" by the United States, Europe, Japan, South Korea and other Western countries. The traditional GVC theory, based on the manufacturing industry, can not be applied to the emerging digital creative industries, which need to build a new theoretical paradigm, to break through the simple logic of path upgrade, to establish a new thinking mode of the GVC reconstruction of digital creative industries. China' s digital creative industries should take the initiative to explore the strategic GVC restructuring path
