人乳头瘤病毒单一、多重感染与细菌性阴道病的关系研究 被引量:7

Correlation of single or multiple HPV infection and bacterial vaginal disease

摘要 目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)单一、多重感染与细菌性阴道病(bacterial vaginosis,BV)的关系。方法选取2016年9月至2017年5月在郑州大学第一附属医院妇科门诊就诊并行HPV分型、阴道微生态检查的女性患者625例,分析BV阳性及阴性患者中HPV单一、双重、多重感染的比例及两者的相关性。结果 625例患者中,HPV阳性185例,其中单一、双重、多重HPV感染的比例分别为142例(76.76%)、27例(14.59%)、16例(8.65%);BV阳性141例,其中单一、双重、多重HPV感染的比例分别为46例(32.62%)、10例(7.09%)、7例(4.96%),均高于BV阴性患者感染率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示BV感染可增加HPV单一、双重、多重感染率(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论 BV阳性时发生HPV单一、双重、多重感染率均增加。 Objective To Explore the relationship between single human papillomavirus( HPV) infection,multiple HPV infection and bacterial vaginal disease. Methods Selected 625 cases in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zheng Zhou University who inspected HPV genetypes and vaginal microecological test,and analyzed the rate of single,double,multiple HPV infection in BV positive and the relationship between single HPV infection,multiple HPV infection and BV. Results Of the 625 HPV cases,185 cases were HPV positive,142 cases were single HPV infection( 76. 76 %),27 cases were double HPV infection( 14. 59 %),16 cases were multiple HPV infection( 8. 65 %). Of the 141 BV positive cases,the incidence of single,double,multiple HPV were 32. 62 %,7. 09 %,4. 96 %,which were increased compared to the BV negative cases. There were statistically significant differences( P〈0. 05). The results of multiple-factor analysis showed that single,double,multiple HPV infection had something to do with BV( OR〉 1,P〈0. 05). Conclusion In the BV positive patients,single,double,multiple HPV infection rates are obviously higher than those of the BV negative patients.
