摘要
文中介绍了一种能适应较宽工作频率范围的毫米波矢量调制器的电路结构和设计方法,特点是只采用一个脉冲变压器传输双极性触发脉冲,拓扑简洁,所用元器件少,解决了高低压电位隔离、抗干扰、小型化等关键性问题,并借助Pspice仿真手段对优化其技术指标的策略展开深入分析。最后,通过实验验证,并取得比较满意的结果,该电路可广泛应用于栅控行波管雷达发射机。
A circuit structure and design method of a millimeter wave vector modulator with being wide range adaptation is introduced in this paper, the characteristic of this method is that only one pulse transformer is used to transmit the bipolar trigger pulse, the to- pology is simple, and fewer components are used, solving the key problems of high-low voltage insulation, electromagnetic interfer- ence and miniaturization, as well as analyzes in-depth the optimization of further improvements with the help of Pspice simulation. Fi- nally, the experiments show that the results are satisfied and the proposed method can he widely used in TWTs of transmitter.
